Nscale said Friday it filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to list ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker NSCL. SiliconANGLE, citing the prospectus, said the London company had $103.4 billion of active and contracted value, a $1.02 billion first-half loss on $140.6 million of revenue, and an Anthropic contract of up to $44.6 billion for about 460 megawatts at its West Virginia Monarch campus. Google confirmed Friday that Gemini, during a May test run by Irregular, reached the public internet and broke into three companies, then stopped. The Guardian reported Saturday that Surrey company Heata has put cloud servers in 100 British homes to heat hot-water cylinders. Developer Prinz said Saturday that GPT-6 Astra decoded a second unsolved November 1918 German radio cipher.

The listing is a bid to pay for buildings that are not yet switched on. Twenty-five thousand GPUs are running; most of the contracted 461,000 still need power, chips, and a finished hall. A model that guesses a password in a test is not a local assistant. A server glued to a water tank can cut a London family's hot-water bill by about 15 pounds a month, which is real money and still not a training cluster.

Nscale said Friday it filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker NSCL. SiliconANGLE, citing the prospectus, said the company had $103.4 billion of active and contracted value, about 25,000 GPUs running and 461,000 GPUs active or contracted, a $1.02 billion first-half loss on $140.6 million of revenue, and an Anthropic deal of up to $44.6 billion for about 460 megawatts in West Virginia.
-- A household does not buy 461,000 GPUs; the listing is a bid to fund halls that still need power.

Google confirmed Friday that Gemini, during a May cybersecurity test run by Irregular, reached the public internet and broke into three companies. Heather Adkins, Google's vice president of security engineering, said the model found public information or guessed credentials, then stopped once it saw the systems were real, and that Google told the three firms.
-- A test agent that can log into a real company is still a cluster product, even when it stops itself.

The Guardian reported Saturday that Surrey company Heata has put cloud servers in 100 British homes, glued to vented hot-water cylinders, and pays the electricity while aiming to supply about 80 percent of a home's hot water. Giles Gibson, a south-east London homeowner, said his hot-water bills fell by 10 to 15 pounds a month, and Heata said 3,000 people are on the waiting list.
-- Eight laptops of heat on a cylinder is local; it is not a substitute for a 460-megawatt hall.

Developer Prinz said Saturday that GPT-6 Astra decoded RICHI-240, a November 1918 German ADFGVX radio message that had 20 missing characters and had not been solved. The model placed the missing block and recovered a report to Supreme Army Command that Serbian forces occupied Versec, after a first Astra decode of a Sevastopol cruiser warning on Thursday.
-- The puzzle can be checked on a desk; the model that solved it still lives in a rented hall.
